Product use
  Mixing designs and procedures: PVA fiber reinforcing is a mechanical, not a chemical process. 
  The addition of Boning PVA fibers may have an effect on slump. The use of other admixtures may be necessary to maintain both slump and workability. 
PVA fibers are added to the mixer after batching the other concrete materials, before the addition of water. Mixing time should be a little longer than that without the addition of fibers.
